HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Mill Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
