HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Orchard Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
