HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Financial Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
