HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Summit Ember Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
