HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Thistle Learning Group Associates is an education provider in Tucson serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
