HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
