HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
