HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Timber Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
