HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Technologies and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
