HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
