HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Nova Keystone Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Toledo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 293 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
