HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Toledo region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
