HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Cross Facilities Group is a facilities company in Toledo with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
