HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Mill Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
