HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Bright Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Toledo with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
