HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Bright Quarry Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
