HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Junction Housing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
