HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 830 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
