HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tampa area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
