HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Summit Oak Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 831 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
