HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Iron Press is a printer and publisher in Tampa serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
