HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Junction Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tampa region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
