HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Willow Medical Group is a Tampa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
