HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Corner Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tampa and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
