HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Juniper Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
