HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Quill Legal Group is a law firm in St. Louis serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
