HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
