HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Linden Health is a healthcare provider in St. Louis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
