HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
