HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Clear Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
