HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Cross Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around St. Louis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
