HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Timber Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
