HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Basin Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
