HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
