HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in St. Louis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
