HR Business Partner - manager coaching (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
