HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Ashton Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
