HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Forge Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
