HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Mill Transit Planning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
