HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
