Cedar Iron Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 888 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings.
