HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Fern Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
