HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Rook Community Partners is a Spokane charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
