HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Glen Health is a healthcare provider in Spokane with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
