HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
