HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
