HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in Spokane with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
