HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
