HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Seattle. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
