HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Bright Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Seattle supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
